梁中国 先生是 “ 中国品牌国际化 ” 和 “ 全球企业 CBO 制度建设 ” 的主要推动者之一。他曾在中国航空服务有限公司主持品牌管理工作十余年,并为中国奥委会、国家认监委( 3C 认证)、国美电器、康佳集团、上海市政府、国家旅游局、美国 CWT 公司等国内外著名机构提供专业的品牌管理咨询和培训服务。

梁先生是 “ 品牌制度经济学 ” 创立者。 他在全球率先倡导的 “ 首席品牌官 (CBO) 制度 ” 以及推动北大、清华等高校开设 CBO 课程及认证,对提升中国品牌职业阶层产生了深远影响。

梁先生以非凡的热情和整合能力,为 IBF 在中国以及全球的发展做出了卓越的贡献。他于 2003 年 1 月出任 IBF 中国区首席品牌官。 2004 年 4 月,策划并协助 FrancisX.Maguire 先生(美国联邦快递和肯德基公司主要创始人、 IBF 副主席)在北京、广州、上海、青岛等中国重要城市演讲,极大地推动了中国品牌国际化大潮。 2005 年 8 月,策划 IBF 与中国国际贸易促进会等机构联合主办 “ 中国品牌前沿报告会 ” ,并担任主题报告人; 9 月,应新加坡政府邀请出席“国际品牌峰会”并担任主题报告人。 2006 年 1 月,策划 IBF 与宋庆龄基金会、《华商》杂志共同主办的 “ 首届华商领袖年会 ” 在人民大会堂成功举行; 2 月,出任“亚洲青少年艺术盛典”组委会常务主席; 3 月,代表 IBF 与“第十届世界青年企业家峰会”(联合国开发计划署等机构主办)进行合作,为中国代表团的组建作出了重要贡献; 4 月,担任“ 2006 北京国际奢侈品展”执行主席,对推动中国奢侈品的发展产生了深远影响; 9 月,出任“世界汽车模特大赛”总策划。

梁先生同时兼任北京大学中国区域经济研究中心研究员、首都经济贸易大学中国品牌研究中心研究员、华东理工大学品牌研究所首席顾问等多个学术职务,并担任世界卫生组织形象管理顾问、宋庆龄基金会品牌顾问、中国策划研究院副院长等多个社会职务。

中央电视台曾多次邀请梁先生做客《对话》节目;权威专业杂志《品牌》曾以他为封面人物进行全面报道;以梁中国先生个人思想为蓝本的《首席品牌官——梁中国的品牌战略思想和实践》一书已于近期出版,并引起业界广泛关注。

Mr. Liang Zhongguo is one of main founders of "the Chinese brand internationalization" and "the global business CBO system construction". As the Chinese brand management and practice forerunner, he once worked in China Air Service Company as the brand manager for more than ten years, and he provided the brand consulting and professional training service for the following famous companies: the Chinese Olympic Committee, Certification and Accreditation Administration of the People’s Republic of ChinaR (the 3C authentication), Gome Group, the KONKA Group, Microlink Group, the Shanghai government, the national travel agency, the Jiangsu Province travel agency, American CWT Corporation.

Mr. Liang profoundly realized the importance of the brand system Innovation and created "the brand system economic". He first proposed "the chief brand officer (CBO) system" as well as opened CBO curriculum in Peking University and Tinghua University and hopes expand to some famous universities in the world, his CBO theory made a profound influence in the brand field.

In January, 2003, Mr. Liang takes the post of the IBF CBO(China area) ,In January, 2006, takes the post of IBF CBO (global) and Chairman (China area). Mr. Liang who takes his extraordinary enthusiasm and conformity ability that has made the remarkable contribution for IBF. In 2003, he helps some Organizations to established The IBF China Experts Board, The Chinese Brand Consulting Committee, The Chinese International Cooperation , The Development Committee as well as many professions brand organizations, As the same time. he helps The Chinese government invited international renowned brand experts and the entrepreneurs to visit China many times. In April, 2004, he makes a plan that ask IBF Vice-President Francis.. Maguire (founder of FedEx and KFC) to give a lecture in Chinese main cities: Guangzhou, Shanghai, Qingdao which enormously raised the Chinese brand internationalization; In October, 2004, starts " China City Brand Strategy Project (CCBE)"that provides the brand strategy service successively for Beijing, Hangzhou, Ningbo, Zhengzhou, Xu Chang.and so on. In August, 2005, organizes and held "The Chinese Brand Public Lecture" with China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT)and speaks as the subject speaker; In September, 2005, attends on "The International Brand Summit" hold by the Singapore government, In November, 2005, famous as Chief Brand Consultant of the"12 girls bands" and "the band of youth and beauty ". In January, 2006, "the first session Chinese businessman leader & 2,005 global 100 Chinese businessman brand characters evaluation conference " is successful hold by Song Qingling fund centre, the magazine “Chinese businessman” and IBF in the Great Hall of The People ". At the same time, on behalf of IBF, he make a cooperation with "the tenth session of the world summit of youth entrepreneur " (the United Nations develops organization sponsor) that made the important contribution to set up Chinese delegation group; In February, 2006, Mr. Liang takes the post of "the Asian young people art ceremony" committee president hope makes this international artistic meeting become a world class cultural brand.
